We are measured by the quality of our products.
Whether special design or standard product - our cranes, stackers, drum grabs and hoists should always meet your requirements 100 percent. To achieve this, the product quality must be right down to the smallest detail. To achieve this, we consistently focus on quality - from consultation and quality testing of the finished product to all-round service after the purchase.
Our Hydrobull and Elektrobull models are Made in Germany:

Quality in development
At Siegfried Frenzen, advice and design are provided by a team of experienced engineers, master craftsmen and other specialists. All workshop cranes are calculated and designed for driving under load.
Quality in production
We manufacture on ultra-modern machines in Germany - „Made in Germany“. All HYDROBULL products bear the CE mark, as all devices are manufactured in accordance with the latest European standard 2006/EG/42.
Quality through control
Comprehensive checks are carried out throughout the entire production process. Our experts check materials, overloads, dimensions and the mobility of parts, among other things. Finally, all products in Willich am Niederrein undergo a final inspection and UVV approval directly before delivery.
Declaration of conformity
The obligations arising from §25 and §26 of DGUV 68 are fulfilled by the test carried out at the factory and documented in the declaration of conformity. You will receive this from us with the operating instructions.
Quality for special cranes and forklifts
Depending on the order, special designs are inspected by an independent, external crane expert approved by the employers' liability insurance association. In contrast to the expert, the expert must be an engineer, have worked in crane construction for at least 5 years and regularly pass extensive tests before the employers' liability insurance association.
The test is documented in the test logbook.
Quality through testing
Each HYDROBULL crane or forklift is individually inspected by an expert or crane expert before it leaves the factory. The test result is documented on the respective production card. We have been documenting the individual inspection of each crane since 1964. The inspection prior to delivery to our customers is documented with a UVV sticker on the device in accordance with DGUV 68 of the employers' liability insurance association. This indicates when the repeat inspection must be carried out. We are of course happy to carry out this inspection as part of our service offer.
In addition to the static tests using a scale, we regularly carry out dynamic overload tests on a random basis on standard models - and on each individual crane in the case of special models. The test load exceeds the approved load capacity at least in accordance with the EC Machinery Directive, and often more.
An inspection logbook is always included in the scope of delivery for industrial cranes. On request, we can also supply the test book for light and small cranes or high-lift trucks (at an extra charge). Otherwise, please collect your declaration of conformity together with the evidence of the periodic inspections by the expert. This is sufficient for the obligation to provide proof.
Quality after the purchase
The employers' liability insurance association and the trade supervisory authority stipulate an annual inspection of the crane or forklift in accordance with DGUV 68 for your device.
